I managed to get to the Perth Model Railway Show today, and picked up my first few bits of my layout. A box of flex track, a left, right and y-point. And a little un-lettered porter with sound.
There was also 2 very nice layouts on show, which gave me some great idea's.
now youve no excuse not to get started on the layout Alan! or else you can do what thistle club always does...get the layout booked for a show and then build the dang thing the week before said show... ;-) those other layouts at perth in your photos looked fantastic, im thinking you can do something just as good! keep up the good work
ReplyDeleteYes Rory, no excuses.
ReplyDeleteI will not be booking any shows just now, i am going to start building it after i come back from my holiday. I need to work out what i am gonna use as a base board, good job it will only be 4 foot square.
How is your Layout and loco's coming along??
Hi Alan,
Deleteboards of old layout now separated! Im trying to reuse the tops of the boards for the new layout. \Have started track planing now as I've bought some points and also have old flexi track spare in the attic.
